Accommodation Cost per night is 150,00€ in a Single Use room, Breakfast and all legal taxes are included. Accommodation tax is not included. By law, it must be paid by the customer directly to their hotel on arrival or departure Check in time 15:00 / Check out time 11:00

- For the confirmation of your request payment of the total amount (including vat and taxes) must be made within 7 days after the confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

Written Notification of Cancellation must be sent to nt@congressworld.gr

For written cancellations sent 45 days before the beginning of the course, 50% of the total amount of charge will be refunded.

Unfortunately, refunds are not possible to be made for Cancellations Notifications that will be made 25 days before the beginning of the course.
